Sarteneja Maya Archaeological Site...

The site has at least one major ceremonial plaza (Group A) with two pyramidal structures about 36 ft and 26 ft high...Another plaza exists in the vicinity of Group B since a fallen uncarved stala was found there...The entire site is home to over 200 structures ranging in size and hieght...It is also littered with hundreds of ancient wells which was the main water source for the ancient sea port.
